Horses and cattle are part of any ranch and Turkey Creek has these as well as their own brand - the Swimming T. This 700-acre cattle ranch is set among hills and hollows, woodlands and pastures. Kids love seeing the baby animals and adults love partaking in some of the ranch duties, but horseback riding always seems to be one of the favorite activities amongst the guests. Turkey Creek has a string of Western pleasure saddle horses and free instruction for beginners. Scenic trails wind through the area as bridle paths for the horses. These paths double as nature trails for hikers and challenging rides for mountain bikers. You’ll see the magnificent views of the dogwood and redbud in the spring, the wildflowers of the summer and the Ozark Colorama in the fall.

| Accommodations |
Cabins are well kept, comfortable and modern. They accommodate one to ten persons. Each has a BBQ grill, picnic table, screened porch, and air-conditioning. Amenities consist of things you need for housekeeping: pots, pans, dishes, flatware, soaps, and bed/bath/kitchen linens. For your convenience there are also such things such as a coffee maker, toaster and color TV.
Housekeeping Cottages:
The deluxe cottages have two to five bedrooms, at least two bathrooms, a master suite and central air-conditioning. These cabins are great for big families, vacationing with friends, or just wanting lots of room to spread out.
The standard cottages have two to three bedrooms, a full bath and air-conditioning. These are great for smaller families, couples and retirees.
The casitas are roomy efficiencies (studios) that sleep two to four people, have air-conditioning, two queen beds, full kitchen, dining and living areas, plus a large bathroom. There is a deck-style porch and picnic area with BBQ grills and picnic tables. |

During the spring and fall seasons the ranch can accommodate groups of up to 35 people. The large rec room can be used for meetings and presentations. |
| Children's Programs |
Children are welcome, but are the full responsibility of parents as there is no separate children's program. The playground and kiddie pool are popular, as are pony rides for children too young for trail rides. Babysitting can be arranged with advance notice. |
